In less than a month Stephane and I will be encountering the most gruelling and unforgiving races around! Right now, my heart seems calm, I guess the idea still hasn’t struck me, as I have not gathered all my equipments yet but I have planned part of my weekend to gather the mandatory items!
Preparation is part of the game, not just training but also preparing the right equipment, taking the right food and most of all mentally preparing myself into the right mode!
